I see that some products have a ‘sourced from’ and ‘sourced from shipped by’ tag, what does that mean?
Products with a ‘sourced from’ tag are sourced from multiple third-party suppliers after you purchase them from our website/mobile app, and then delivered to you.
Products with the ‘sourced from & shipped by’ tag are directly sourced from multiple third-party suppliers after you purchase them from our website/mobile app and delivered to you by suppliers - or their appointed delivery agents.

Absolutely! You are eligible to earn Shukran points on the purchase of these products. The product pages will have more information about how many Shukran points you can earn from each one. You may also use your existing Shukran points to purchase these products.

Do I receive two shipments if my order consists of both Landmark and partner-sourced products under the same order number?
Yes, it’s the same order number. In most instances, you will receive a single shipment that contains both Landmark and partner-sourced products, but in some instances, it may be split.

Yes, all these products are eligible for free shipping, provided the minimum purchase amount to qualify for free shipping has been met as displayed on the website/mobile app from time to time

Can I return ‘sourced from & shipped by’ products ?
You are free to raise a return request and follow the process if the selected products meet the criteria for returns.
All these products should be returned with the product code intact. A missing product code may fail the QC check and will lead to a delay in the return and refund process. Please refer to our Return Policy for more.
Products with a ‘sourced from & shipped by’ tag are not eligible for returns to store.

Can I avail ‘Cash On Delivery’ option for ‘sourced from & shipped by’ products?
No. The COD option will not be available, if even one ‘sourced from & shipped by’ product is part of the cart.

We offer various product options for you, some products may be delivered directly from our supplier partners, a few of them may require installation etc., hence you see tentative delivery dates.

I am unable to choose the installation date & time for products that are ‘sourced from & shipped by’ products. How do I book the slot?
You will get a call from the supplier partner or partner-managed installation agent to fix an appointment for installation of these products if the product requires installation support.

How will my return request be arranged if I have to return ‘sourced from & shipped by’ products?
If your return request consists of both Landmark and ‘sourced from & shipped by’ products, there will be separate pick-ups arranged for each.
Please ensure that you return Landmark products to the Landmark return pick-up service and ‘sourced from & shipped by’ products to partners or partners’ delivery service agents to avoid any delay in refunds.
