Campaign Period

The campaign will run during the month of Ramadan – 16th Feb to 22nd March 2026
The winner announcement will take place on 30th March 2026
This promotion is valid within the United Arab Emirates.

Eligibility:
- The promotion is open exclusively to Shukran Loyalty Program members.
- Participants must have a valid and verified mobile number registered in their Shukran account.
- Employees of Landmark Group and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Both online and in-store purchases made at participating Landmark Group brands in the UAE are eligible for the promotion.
- For the store transactions, customers must register via the official campaign QR code placed in participating stores.
- Customers who register via the in-store QR code will be able to play the campaign game and may receive non-guaranteed instant rewards.
- Instant rewards are subject to availability and do not affect eligibility for the raffle draw.
- For online transactions, customers will receive a registration link upon successful completion of their purchase, which must be completed to enter the raffle draw.
- Transactions will not be considered eligible unless the registration process is successfully completed for both in-store and online transactions.
- Every AED 250 spent on a single qualifying transaction (in-store or online) qualifies for one (1) entry into the raffle draw.
- Multiple qualifying transactions will result in multiple raffle entries.
- One (1) grand prize of 1,000,000 Shukrans.
- The prize is equivalent to a value of AED 50,000.
- The prize will be credited as Shukrans (Shukran Points) and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
- The prize of one million Shukran points is valid for one year from the date the points are credited to the winner’s account.
- There is no cap on the number of entries per customer.
- The winner will be selected randomly through an authorized draw conducted by a designated committee, in the presence of a representative from the relevant government authority.
- The winner will be announced after Eid and contacted using the details registered in their Shukran account.
- If the winner cannot be reached or does not meet eligibility requirements, the organizing company reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- Participation in the campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- Participants must present a valid Emirates ID when claiming the prize.
- If participant details do not match official identification, Landmark Group reserves the right to disqualify the participant and re-draw.
- Landmark Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign if required by regulatory authorities or due to unforeseen circumstances.
- The final decision on all matters related to the campaign rests with Shukran Loyalty Program – Landmark Group.

1. Organizer
This promotional draw (Ramadan Rewards) is organized and administered by WESAMS, acting as the official campaign organizer.
Participating brands are prize sponsors only, and participating retail stores serve solely as promotion locations. Retailer, Landmark Arabia, are not responsible for draw administration.

2. Regulatory Compliance
This Promotion is conducted in full compliance with the Anti-Commercial Fraud Law, applicable Ministry of Commerce regulations, and Saudi market customs.
The Promotion is licensed through the relevant Chamber of Commerce, and the draw will be conducted under the supervision of the Ministry of Commerce, in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Eligibility
- Open to participants aged 18 years or older.
- Employees of the Organizer, participating brands, retailers, advertising agencies, merchandisers, and their first-degree relatives are not eligible to participate.

4. Participation Mechanism
- Minimum purchase of AED 149 required on K-beauty products, Makeup Revolution, Relove, Beauty Creations, L.A Girl, Trouble Maker, Dasique, Eqqualberry.
- Participation is available through the official campaign registration form QR code at selected participating stores
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
- Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or incomplete entries will be disqualified.

5. Promotion Period
- The Promotion will run from February 22nd, 2026, to March 19th, 2026 (End of Ramadan), not exceeding 60 days from announcement to prize delivery, in accordance with Ministry of Commerce regulations.

6. Prizes
- The prizes for this campaign are provided by the participating brands and consist of the following:
- 5 iPhones
- 5 Watches
- 9 AirPods
- 21 cosmetics prizes from the participated brands
The total number of prizes is forty (40).
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
- The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value, subject to regulatory approval, if necessary, due to availability or circumstances beyond its control.
- Prizes are not available at retailer locations and will be distributed centrally by the organizer in coordination with the participating brands.

7. Draw & Winner Selection
- Winners will be selected through a random electronic draw or a traditional draw way conducted under authorized supervision, in a documented draw session conducted after the end of the campaign period and after Eid Al-Fitr.
- The draw may be conducted in a recorded session (video and/or audio) for transparency, audit, and regulatory compliance purposes.
- By participating in the campaign, entrants acknowledge and agree that:
The draw session may be recorded
The results of the draw may be announced publicly
Limited winner information (such as first name and masked contact details) may be disclosed for verification and announcement purposes
Full personal data will remain confidential and will not be publicly disclosed.
- The Organizer’s decision is final and binding in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Winner Announcement & Prize Delivery
- Winners may be announced through one or more of the following channels:
- Electronic communication (email or SMS)
- Recorded draw session
- Communication channels of participating retailers or brands social media etc.
- Winners are not required to be physically present at the draw session.
- Winners must present valid government-issued identification to claim prizes.
- Prizes will be delivered within seven (7) days from the date of the draw, as required by Ministry of Commerce regulations.
- The recorded draw session shall constitute final and binding evidence of the winner selection process.

9. Unclaimed Prizes
If a selected winner does not respond to the notification within 5 calendar days from the date of first contact, or, fails to provide the required verification documents within the specified timeframe, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify such winner and select an alternative winner using the same draw method.

Unclaimed prizes will be reallocated through a documented redraw process.

The organizer shall not be liable for any prize that is not claimed within the specified period.

Winners must respond within 5 days of notification.
Verified prizes must be claimed or delivered within a maximum of 60 days from the date of winner confirmation.

Any registration, insurance, or governmental fees required after prize delivery shall be the responsibility of the winner, unless otherwise stated by the Organizer.

10. Disqualification
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms, provides false information, or attempts to manipulate the Promotion in any manner.

11. Limitation of Liability
The Organizer shall not be responsible for technical failures, system errors, or delays beyond its reasonable control.

12. Data Protection & Privacy
- Personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion, including participant verification, draw execution, winner announcement, and prize delivery.
- Participation in the Promotion does not require consent to receive marketing or promotional communications. Where participants voluntarily choose to opt‑in to receive marketing or promotional communications from the Organizer and/or participating brands, such consent shall be collected separately, shall be optional, and may be withdrawn at any time.
- Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required for draw execution, prize fulfilment, regulatory supervision, or where explicit participant consent has been obtained.
- All personal data will be stored securely, used in accordance with applicable Saudi data protection regulations, and deleted after completion of the Promotion unless retention is required by law or based on valid participant consent. Participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable regulations.

13. Cancellation or Modification
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if required by law, regulatory instruction, or circumstances beyond its control.
