  • What is the warranty coverage?

    The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.


    For Electrical items - the warranty is limited to the motor of the product, PCB (printed Circuit Board), heating plate, heating rack for electrical items.



     Exclusions:

     

    One of the parts got broken by me during the installation, can I claim the warranty for that spare part?


     The Warranty does not cover human damage caused by improper use, such as connecting to the wrong power supply, using the wrong accessories, improper installation, not operating according to the instructions.

     

    The warranty does not cover damage caused by transportation and other accidents. Repair or modification not approved by BabyShop. Other damages caused by force majeure (e.g. voltage abnormalities, etc.).


    The Warranty does not cover Consumable parts, batteries, non-electronic parts, accessories, packaging and wear parts. Breast pump accessories are personal care products, disposable hygiene products, not in the scope of replacement.

     

    Warranty Remedies:

     

    The product I purchased stopped working after 10 months, what is the process to get that item fixed?


     If a defect covered by this warranty is found, the Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace the Product with a new unit free of cost.

     

    What will be the new warranty duration for my repaired/replaced item?


     The warranty period for any repaired or replaced Product shall be the remaining portion of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

     

    How long it will take for the item to be repaired / replaced under the warranty?

     

    Item under warranty will be repaired within 14 days from the date we receive the item for repair (this is basis the availability of spare parts), or it might take longer in case we need to source the spare part from vendor. In case the item is not repairable then it will be replaced with a new piece & if the item is out of stock, then paid amount will be returned either in the form of a voucher or Shukran Pay credits in customer’s Shukran account.

     

    Limitation of Liability:


    My damaged product refund amount is not enough to get similar product with different brand name, can I get the new product with the same price for the old product?

     The total liability of the Company under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product.
